The Dark Knight

One word:  Amazing!

I just finished watching The Dark Knight and I cannot begin to explain just how satisfied I was.  When it was first released this summer I honestly had no interest in it seeing as I hadn't watched Batman Begins at all.  Heath Ledger was phenomenal and to me does not compare to the classic Joker that Jack Nicholson played in 1989.  

I guess I liked this movie a lot more because it seemed more realistic? mature? not cartoon like in the way the first few were in the late 80's early 90's.  I'm not quite sure how to explain it but you probably know what I mean if you've already watch it and the others.  If not, I'd like you to compare the two and see for yourself.
