I'm back in Connecticut for the weekend, got here around 9:30-ish last night. Which was in time to catch enough of the debate. How do you know who wins on a debate? Last nights was probably one of the first times I actually sat down through one of those and actually understood some, not all, of what they were talking about. We ordered pizza & calzones from Pizza Castle and it was surprisingly great! I found myself craving ricotta cheese on my pizza, so I had to snatch some from the Boy & Meg's calzones and with those two, it was the easiest thing. The debate had past and we were actually having our own debate about picking up some "friends" or not, when we came to an agreement we went down to Stop & Shop and had another debate on what flavor to get. I, of course picked up my New York Super Fudge Chunk simply because I like it super, chocolaty and chunky. Baaaaaannnnggggiiiiinnnnn'!!!!! I managed to save a little bit for today. Nom Nom Nom!
Moving.... along
Last night was one of those nights where I couldn't sleep to save the world. After trying for about an hour I couldn't take it anymore, so I got up and came to the living room and watched The Recruit until after 3am.
There's just so much going on right now that leaves me worried where I just don't know what else to do, and I know there isn't much I can do. Let's see, I quit my job about two weeks ago, moved out of our condo in Norwalk, CT got into our new place in NYC, Astoria to be exact. I can't find any of my docs. so I could get all my car insurance situated, my license, et al. Making matters even worse, I found out Friday morning that my Mom was in the Hospital. It makes me desperate that I can't be there with her.
[Eggs & pancakes - Thanks Meg] :/
Yes, Meg... you're pancakes were good... freak!
So I'm trying to just.. not stress about it even though that's almost impossible for me. I spoke with my mom a couple of times last night and I'm waiting a while before I call her. Today's plans are up in the air, just relaxing and spending time here and heading to my sisters to visit with them for the night.
